Bugs in a mess, sex toys everywhere, consoles sacrificed ... What's the mess with "Cyberpunk 2077"?

After initial positive feedback from the PC game, "Cyberpunk 2077" takes a backlash for its console version totally bugged and sacrificed

Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to be the video game event of the end of the year, or even the year, and it is, but perhaps not as the fans expected. Nor its creators, the Polish CD Projekt. Still, everything was off to a good start with a stock market value of more than $9 billion for the studio, eight million pre-orders for the game, and early reviews on Monday, just days before the release, overall positive. Maybe not up to the hype, but everyone considered the game a visual slap, an ultra immersive world, if not a great action-RPG to the Witcher 3 and a few bugs and sex toys.

"These are sacrificed versions, sometimes like a Switch version."

A Day One patch, almost as big as the game, was needed and available on the day of release. What about sex toys, godemichets? There are many in the game, too much for some of the first players, who have questioned their symbolism, other than phallic. The symbol of society's decadence? Yes, we've known less shortcuts and more inspired. Is this being (cyber) punk for CD Projekt? The "controversy" was full of bugs and dildos when the game was finally released on Thursday, on PC but also on the consoles old gen, PS4 and Xbox One, of course compatible with the next gen. And there...

So it was a sign. The press was invited to test Cyberpunk 2077 only on PC, with the PS4 and Xbox One versions available the day before the release. And the Gamekult site is the first to sound the alarm live: "If you pre-ordered the game on PS4 or Xbox One, you have a few hours to cancel your pre-order. These are sacrificed versions, sometimes like a Switch version."

It's better on the next gen, At issue is a deserted city of its inhabitants, problems of textures, a frame rate to pick up, and finally a technique unworthy of the game but also machines, where could shoot Red Dead Redemption 2 and The Last of Us Part II.

Cyberpunk 2077 is back to life on PS4 Pro, Xbox One X and especially on the new PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, thanks to the retrocompatibility, but the damage is done. To the point of seeing CD Projekt fall 10% on the stock market and lose two billion dollars in two days, as reported by Les Echos. Unexpectedly, this (road) release on physical consoles does the business of Stadia, Google's still-confidential cloud gaming service: "You always have problems playing Cyberpunk 2077 with your old stuff? We have a solution for you. Try Stadia where the game is nickel and you can play it without downloading or patching." Ouch.

Most awaited PUBG update is now start rolling up globally

PUBG Mobile update 1.0 is finally here and is set to be pushed out to users. The update brings major changes to the mobile game, including the New Erangel map, a new Royale Pass Season that is coming soon, changes to Cheer Park and Training Ground, as well as improvements to Livik map. PUBG Corporation and Tencent Games have stated that the servers will not be taken offline for this update. PUBG Mobile's upcoming new season is called Beyond A.C.E. and will be available for players on September 14.

With every update, the developers of PUBG Mobile introduce newer and exciting features that make the game more engaging. The 1.0 update, which was released yesterday, brought in the highly-anticipated map – Erangel 2.0.

While it's nice to hear PUBG Mobile should hopefully run better on a wider range of devices soon, the current focus on eSports couldn't make for more boring news. Last I looked, the game was still filled with cheaters and bots. While I hope the planned improvements alleviate some of these long-running issues, I still find it difficult to get enthused for a corporate-run eSports event that exists entirely to make the developer more money.

Updated Features of PUBG

Livik improvements:

The latest map in the game – Livik, has got some improvements both in terms of visuals and gameplay. The textures of rocks, water, waterfalls, and more have been improved for smoother gameplay. A new semi-automatic shotgun named M1014 has been added. Players can load up to seven rounds and the ammo can be manually reloaded. It is exclusive to Livik and Arena mode.

Royale Pass Season 15:

Beyond A.C.E: Season 15 themed gameplay mechanics have also been added to the game. There will be Energy Towers where players can redeem supplies when they meet certain combat conditions. This mode will randomly start in Erangel when the event is live. Royale Pass Season 15 is coming to PUBG Mobile on September 14.

EvoGround Additions:

Payload 2.0 is coming to the game soon. It will bring a new armed helicopter, new armed helicopter, Advanced Communication Towers to recall dead teammates, and more. It will also bring a new armed UAZ, Dacia, Buggy, and Pickup, as well as new heavy weaponry - AT4-A laser-guided missile and M202 four-barreled rocket launcher.

Graphics Quality improvements:

Character models have been improved with better action animations, building and terrain transitions between zones have been improved for better blending, and lighting quality has been improved as well. Shell ejection animations while firing, new blast effect, and stronger firing feedback have been added to the game. Phones that have 90Hz refresh rate screens can now run the game at higher frame rates.

Other improvements:

Some of the other improvements to PUBG Mobile with update 1.0 include combat improvements, classic combat animation improvements, Arena updates, Cheer Park updates, and more.

The anticipated update is available globally and can be played on mobile devices and emulators. User are pleased with the features of game.
